Faith is

I have a small booklet of inspirational quotes about Faith is ... ... by Pamela Reeve.  I found some that seem quite poignant at this time of Advent.  I will post a few of them over the next few days.


Faith is: Remembering that in the Kingdom of God everything is based on promise not on feeling.


We hear much of the mixed feelings about the whole situation of both Mary and Joseph - being misunderstood, doubt, being talked about, no where to stay - many forms of exclusion.  God's promises given to the prophets and how angelic visitations had told them that they were to be a part of the fulfilment of those promises must have seemed impossible and totally incomprehensible to them at such a time.
